Pets & Horses Small Pet Ideas

Ok so I was doing Cowfusion a little bit ago and while I was in the cow lair I saw this adorable cutie.



This got me thinking, wouldn't it be cool to have the baby versions of the animals as pets too?
Some people really like pets, (Myself included) and having a baby version available can add to the fun for those who enjoy that.

On a slightly different note, mobs like this can be hard to find. I don't mean ally mobs, but mobs that follow you or make the player feel like they have a friend (AI Friend). An easy example would be villagers or humans.
I'm aware that there is a villager pet, but why not a human pet? Even if it doesn't fight with you, it might be kinda cool to have around.

Anyway this is something I thought might make pets a little more fun.

Like even the same thing as pets from the GC shop? cause like It'd be nice to have a baby kitteh :3 and maybe even change the type it it x3 that would be adorable

Your not the first to think of this and I'm sure they thought of it to but the whole idea of the adult pets is so you can't abuse AI, think about it most baby mobs are 1 block tall and run much faster than their adult forms allowing you to target enemies much farther away and that are harder to reach, besides the point of pets is to help you in combat, so adding a pet that doesn't fight (Your human suggestion) would be pointless, may as well add horses that can fight at that point. I'm not saying baby pets is a bad idea I personally would love a baby Mooshroom pet but the fact is it would be OP, IF they do add baby pets they should lower the damage by 30% minimum to balance it out as babies are normally weaker than their parents.

 

But archer gives speed III....

Hold on, pets are completely cosmetic.. if I remember correctly their ability to attack things was removed cuz of the EULA, so there would be no advantage to their size..

 

When one doesn't have money to buy pets.. rip.
