Add a blacksmite trait or have the Armories/Weapon shops have an "Forge" of sorts where you can create new armor/weapons for your characters, weapons/armor created will have a lore saying "Created by: [Username]" and the level will scale with the material cost and the level of the player (i.e. a level 60 Archer can make a level 58-64 bow) and the rarity of the materials (Diamond being Rarest) can be used to determine the armor/weapon's rarity from Common to Epic (Can't have them be TO rare or it'll ruin the fun of grinding) and it'll allow use of some of the otherwise unused items in game like Gold Nuggets, Iron Ingots ect. the Materials will either be drops or you could had a sort of minigame where you go ot a town and there's a mineshaft that you can mine in but it's a maze and has hostile creatures in it to make it challenging (the idea here is to make it so the materials are hardish to come by but still easy) and when you make your weapon/armor you can give it a name for personalized (Optional, can be VIP/VIP+ exclusive thou I see no point). I feel it will enhance experience as players will beable to say they made their own gear and also allow for more possibilities in the future, who knows what will be next, maybe furniture for Guild Castles. Also the forge thing will add to the whole "Mid-evil" theme they have going.

(Side note: Anybody willing to code their own system of doing this for Singleplayer and can send me it via facebook screenshots to include, if they are accurate to my thoughts I'll feature them here as examples giving credit and a reward of a few EBs or possible LEs depending or I'll get a certain item for you that you can't get otherwise)
(Sub Note: My part-time job ingame is collecting items for others, generally from merchants that are hard to access, I charge the price of the item (Merchant Price) plus 1 EB travelers fee. Most common items requested: Ghost Armor, Wolf Armor, Useless [Weapon/Hat], dyes, Adventurer's Armor (Original and new) so if you see me ingame and need something let me know.)

Epic? Is this a new item tier better than mythic? As for minigames, that doesn't seem to be the point of an MMORPG... like these could be drops that you get from mobs, and then... lets say you need 9 of each to get a random item of that tier, random range, and class req, to avoid any abuses. Although there are still many within this (eh hem people can farm for like max XP Return to Ether and shiz). It seems OK, not the greatest thing though. The drop rates for each could be as so

Ancient Iron Bar: 25% Drop Rate
Ancient Gold Bar: 10% Drop Rate
    Ancient Diamond: 1% Drop Rate
Extreme Diamond (So its like, a better version of the diamond, higher rates for higher level items, etc.): .01% Drop Rate

Yes, you need 9 of each of these, this process of drop rates can be used to avoid abuses. As for making new items, can't that just be broken? Someone could make a unique better than Freedom.

Also, how would Guild Castles work? Do you... create a territory for a specific amount of money (Guild Contribution money) and then it's like, in another realm?

the Epic thing was a mistake I forgot the highest rarity but it's basically just below the highest, so on par with Legendary or whatever it is. as for the drops the percent should be lower than 20% because it's sort of a semi-rare drop, as for the 9 the idea is it requires a combination of different materials so say 2 Iron, 5 Diamond, and 1 Gold would have a 60% of giving Legendary while all 9 Diamond would have 80%, there won't ever be 100% because that would ruin the point. these are suggested values and are subject to change and rebalancing will be do WAY before it's ever added IF it is added to begin with, the whole point of the post is to add a new way to obtain items and customize them (Name wise at least) for a more enjoyable RPG, for example you could get a Iron Hoe and name it "Reaper's Soul Snatcher" as it'd be a Scythe or you could get a bow and name it "Darkfire Shortbow" the point is to add some flair to your items and the lore is so others know the gear is custom and to give credit to the creator of the items. As for the Minigame if you'd ever played Zelda or pretty much any RPG there's almost always a "Puzzle Minigame" some where normally a maze or find the pattern of something. for the Guild Castles that was a different suggestion and it would basically work like you can use the emeralds your guild earned to purchase premade parts of a castle which would appear in the area and house your troops or help defend them as the mobs themselves are easy enough to kill.
