idk bout 450000 health for the boss, qira is te hardest boss in the game and she only has 400000 health, i would maybe nerf the health

I don't think the king of one of largest cities throughout the province would want you to go get some dude's head to you can go back to your home.
Sure, there's An Iron Heart, but a king is literally asking you to go slaughter somebody.
Why not something like; you have to get items for him? Simple mob drops, like ToL. Just, not a lot of mob drops.

 

But this guy has no regen. Maybe 250000 then?

He wants you to do 2 things: Kill the assassin, what everyone on the good side wants, and also put an end to his name.

 

I can already tell that you're not an old and a high level player,because you made some Wynn mistakes here and there,but let's just get over it.
1.Why would you kill his family?The king is not a criminal,because if he would be,he wouldn't be the king.Am i right?So please change that thing because i'm sure the staff will not implement family-murder quests. .-.
2. you wanna give 12 EB and 100k xp. All the quests from level 65+ give more than 32EB and you wanna give at a HARD QUEST,LEVEL 75 WHICH IS LIKE VERY IMPORTANT,12 eb -.- Change it to around 3 LE,and now let's talk about the xp stuff.100k xp at level 75 is around 20-30% xp.This is not okay,alright?Every hard quest in the game gives more than 60% xp you need to level up,or even more.Change it to 500k xp.It's around 60% which is accurate.
3.You're talking about Fruma,the 4th province that's been spoiled.Until then,trust me,many things will change.The ideea is awsome,i got to say,but the item you show to the King first...it's kinda non-sense.In my opinion,you should change it to like a Corrupted Treasure ( From bob ) or idk some item from gavel quests.
4.And the final thing,a passport,really?Fruma will be implemented in like 2018 and for the long wait,you wanna enter it with... an empty map ( clap*clap ). Dude,we're not in Flight in Distress here,where's the imagination!!! xD Here is where you should think,because overall is your ideea.
