    So, In a boss fight, what does the landscape matter? Most people would say, Nothing, or Safespotting. But I really don't like that. An interactive landscape would be cool. For example

    Fire Parkour and Boss
    Fire boss and parkours could have

    (THIS IS NOT MINE! Credit to Logstoneable, an awesome command-blocker.
    Instead of platforms falling, and you falling into lava, lets do the opposite! Lava comes to you!

    Water Parkour
    Or a water boss could have Higher up platforms, and randomly water would enter the arena. The water wouldn't make you swim up, but possibly with 1.9 in the future, Levitation pushes you up to a higher platform. Or we can simply give jump boost or something.
    For non-Boss fight landscaping, We can have the rising water push you up onto higher areas, this can be renamed to an Air stream.

    Player, Use Strength!
    Using something like

    We can have very cool puzzles. (I'm not sure but this may have already been added with buttons) Now this does not have to be added to only those types of puzzles. Using those to push over a ledge to smash a mobs head, or to create bridges are possibilities as well! This can also be used to make boss in which you lure bosses to a certain area, and Splat! A rock hits them on the head.

    Launch pads, or levitational streams of air would be nice an example of launch pads is

    And some extra ideas from @xShirokaze
    These are little parts of the landscape, not the area in general.
    Bushes
    Hiding behind a bush/walking within a certain radius of a specific bush prevents mobs from seeing you.
    Would be useful for stealth quests with dangerous enemies.

    Stalagtites
    Stalagtites can fall from the ceiling of a cave (falling-sand stone entities generated at random), skewering any players and enemies that they fall on.

    Healing Spring
    Entering a pool of enchanted water grants the player Regeneration II as long as they are inside the pool.
    Only a few would be hidden around the map.
    For example:[1/1] You have found healing spring "Sacred Blossom" (#12/31)

    Thorns
    Coming into contact with thorny vines (retextured/remodeled chorus plant) deals damage as if it were a cactus.

    Unstable Platforms
    Some platforms begin to fall apart while the player walks on them.
    Walking on darker spots of the platform causes it to drop off and the player falls.

    These are just basic ideas. And yes, I know I used the same guy over and over, Its just he had those concepts.

    This would actually be amazing. Rather than platforms disappearing making you fall into lava, lava comes up to you

    Surely that kind of idea would be amazing in Wynncraft. Especially in puzzles in dungeons (something that we also need a lot ...)

    I originally made this for boss fights, to stop players from safespotting, as lava or water would move them around. Bu fro puzzles and parkours it works just as well... :P Thanks for the support

    Say there's a thread that's not been posted on in a while but on the second page or so. A bump is someone bringing it back up. But make sure that the last post was between a week and a month ago- Any farther than a month and many would say you're necroposting(which is not advised).

    That support, you have the community behind you, use it and try to Tag someone like Salted even if it's not allowed, if he likes it he will forgive you and Wynncraft is one step Further of becoming better with that awsome suggestion!

    The issue I see with these is...well, you have seen how mobs react to fire? Lava would only exacerbate that issue, and make certain bosses far too easy. If they were planned around it, they would have to be extremely powerful, too much so to be fair, to compensate, which would only force people to use it. The water obstacle...mobs have no idea how to react to water, meaning it is suddenly extremely easy to cheaply defeat a boss with little trouble. Spell, spell, spell, spell, resurface, and with the breathing helmet... These become gimmicks rather than intriguing obstacles.

    Fair point. But for non-Mob things like puzzles and parkours this can still be used, Perhaps bosses could also be edited to fit this design. Perhaps a ranged boss that sits on a platform that ALWAYS moves above the water/lava, while around him lava goes up and down, and he has a strong melee hit making it so if you stay with him on the platform it's death, so you have to stay on the outside. As for the mob issue, yes mobs react poorly in water, perhaps to compensate mobs get a large speed boost in water (For the area) and are immune to lava damage or something. This was also just a basic concept, I was just showing some examples that could be done. There are many different ways for interactive landscapes, and I'm trying to get that added, not the lava/water thing in general.
