Quest: The 3rd Legionnaire

Ok! This is the Quest The 3rd Legionnaire, you may not be able to see this as a light user so dark night is preferred. Ok here we go.

Wynic Historian: The cracks the way the, oh didn't see you there! Run along I would need your help but I'm afraid your not strong enough! Come back when your level 57!
When level appropriate
Wynic Historian: Hello there! Do you see the way the cracks were formed on this battle plate? Someone or something must've done this. A power far too strong too be alive now has done this!
Wynic Historian: Say have you fought powerful beasts before?
Wynic Historian: Fantastic! A long time ago Skien was much more alive! There were people dwelling here, an army and extravagant buildings.
Wynic Historian: We found that by discovering ancient ruins of tall and delicate buildings.
Wynic Historian: There were ancient weapons made by the people. They are rusted to the point where only the hilt is usable.
Wynic Historian: Anyways we suspect that Skien was getting ready for war for about the third time. We don't know who they were going to war with but we were certain the legion that was attacking the other area was defeating quickly on Skien.
Wynic Historian: Can you take a look around Skien and see if you find anything?
Quest started: The 3rd Legionnaire
As you can guess you are starting this quest on Skien. Once you have talked to the the historian, explore the area. You will soon find a door with a button covered by stone. Solve the little puzzle and open the door.
You'll see a desk over grown with moss and a war diary. It reads "We are preparing for war." Day 1. "I injured my foot severely so I was kicked out out of the army" Day 2. "My eyes don't deceive me. The whole army is gone just like that. General Skien's best friend was given a dagger of immense strength to fight with only to soon betray and kill the whole army. His eyes were glowing red, he looked toward the watchtower and ran into the ocean" Day 4. "The opposing army is here, I organized a escape party and we fled towards Gavel. The remaining citizens thought they could fight the army off but the opposing army slaughters everyone merciless with blood lust in their eyes. We can barely see Skien island but it's in complete destruction. We know this won't ever be our home again" Day 5. "We have landed somewhere in Gavel in the city of Lexdale. It's not as impressive as Skien but it will do us well" Day 39. Now you must go back to the Wynic Historian.
Wynic Historian: You found the diary we have been looking for? You found it in just a day but we've been looking for it for weeks! Nonetheless let me read!
Wynic Historian: This is our biggest lead yet! Head to Lexdale and see if you can find anymore about that writer.
Travel to Lexdale and find a little hut under the ground. Talk to Gian.
Gian: Hello traveler what has brought you to Lexdale?
Gian: You want to learn about my father?
Gian: See, he died shortly after I was born, for my mother she died a while back.
Gian: Although my mother did tell me that the corrupted human swam towards Maro Peaks.
Gian: The human is long dead now. Maybe you could go to Maro Peaks and see if you can find where it hid out and find out more. I would also like to learn more about my heritage, if you could, would you mind giving me what you find?
The player goes to Maro Peaks and finds the cave where the Corrupted Human hid for shelter. You find the weapon that the Corrupted Human used, a dagger telling you the user was an assassin. You also find one more thing. The head of Skien. You now get the chance to make a choice. To give it to the Wynic Historian, or to give it to Gian.
If you give it to Gian:
Gian: Your back! Did you find anything?
Gian: The head of my father?
Gian: Thank you for being kind and helping me.
Gian: You did the right thing traveler.
Wynic Historian: WHAT?!! You gave it to a stranger he could lie for all we know! You've set us back for a century! Well find all the secrets about Skien!

I wanna see a minor tweak, what does Gian say if you give it to the historian and vice versa, but great quest tbh

I see one problem with this.
You say it is a level 57 quest - but the player has to go to Lexdale.
You do realize Lexdale is a level 70 town, right?
It would probably be best for Olux or Gelibord.

 

I do realize that Lexdale is a level 70 town. However my 53 warrior can survive the trip to Cinfras and Lexdale. And tbh quests have no challenge in this level range.
