If you're on two soul points, get in a very safe location and let your soul points regenerate for a little bit. And the server's programming can't tell if you are really lagging or not.

Anyways, that's not actually very much that you lost. If I died, I would lose about 35-45ish LE worth in items.

Uhh no. If the dev team were to do that then they would waste time on something that was warned when you reach 2sp and lose extra time which could be used for real bugs like the skill point bug or such. Also if your mad about losing things at 2sp maybe next time just log off for the day, from my experience its the best thing to do.
