Remove Censorship, Better Staffing

I don't like the censorship that was introduced in the first update, can you please remove it?

I mean, shouldn't your staff read things properly before making decisions?

Also, why do you guys have such poor planning, I can only base off what I've seen and heard. Mod's get to be mods just because you guys like them or they're your friends? That's a pretty irrational decision. You should probably pick your staff based off people that genuinely know the server, have experience in being staff, and can properly demonstrate that they'll do what the job entails.

I've also heard that the testing for this here Gavel update, was done by more people that you as a team just think are cool and that are friends. If you had maybe, I don't know, done testing properly, perhaps you wouldn't have the huge amount of errors that you've had during and since release? I don't know maybe I'm just going crazy!

Also this whole 'no fighting', 'no arguing' thing is a real drag. Shouldn't you allow open conversation and discussion on things no matter how it's done? I can understand why you would remove something if it get's insanely out of hand, but the little excuse that something is too unprofessional is really quite weak. This is a forum, not sure if you've ever been on a forum, but people tend not to constantly speak professionally, objectively, and/or kindly to each other. So yeah, remove the censorship you guys like to pull.

Lastly, stop being so incredibly biased in staffing. I for one know that your mods will do whatever some people ask them to do, and I've seen it first hand for almost a year now. Treat your players/users equally would you? Stop with this incredibly childish favoritism and lack of process that you have.

Do you have proof that the staff actually censor things that are allowed? The no arguing thing can be fixed by putting in a solution and not blaming others, nobody wants to be blamed so lets avoid the blame game; and the whole thing about Gavel being released with a high bug count is OUR fault, not the content and dev teams fault, we rushed them, we were the ones who told them to bring out Gavel before it was polished with shoe polish.

 

I hope you know what you're going into with this. I feel like the only thing that will come out of this is a big argument which ends up with the thread being closed in two days.

You mean like the Ganny guy getting rid of me telling Sanae that she's on a real streak in breaking womens hearts? Also the content/dev team should really not be obliged to just release whatever the community calls for on the position of them begging for it early, it's very unprofessional

One, she never claimed she knew how to do everything or anything. Two, much better maps with more in-depth classes and combat systems do exist.

Show me one Map. NOW. Show me one map with HUNDREDS of custum weapons, and over 80+ Quests. Show me a map with a map as MASSIVE as this one....
