Guilds Guild Houses

As I said in a previous post I'm Italian and I apologize if what I write may seem absurd.

On Minecraft I'm a builder, not a PvP or PvE gamer, so I would like to suggest the introduction of the "guild houses", places where members of a guild can build according to the dictates created by you.

For eg:
Market - you can offer for sale, personal items, without creating post or place ads on the server that only few player see.
Stables - you can get an item which increases the chances of getting a higher tier horse
Lounge - here you can get every few exp a chest with random item (or buy it with emerald)
etc..

All rooms can have a level upgrade, all purchased by spending money guild.

Access to the guild will be done through a warp placed in various locations (so no building directly on the original map, but following the leases assigned by biome), which leads in a simple 5x5.

 

Housings have been suggested before, all the time people's response have been... NO!!!
