Assassin Spell Rework

    Just some idea, plz no h8 if you dont like it just ignore it

    Spin Attack
    I dont do coding so I dont know how it works but no matter how, dont make "vampire" steal the "disease" on the others

    Vanish
    Make draining slower. Like 3 times slower. Doesnt mean it doesnt drain, but slower

    Multihit
    Make enemies not able to regen while in multihit. Also, hugely nerf the knockback or else it will be extremely hard for us to do follow up combo

    Smoke Bomb
    Increase the CC power. It seems like mobs can still walk out of the smoke almost instantly.

    Plz no h8 :/

    I think the main issue with Multihit right now is that mobs that use it could literally do more damage with their basic attack.

    I feel like the people who urged the nerf were people who didnt want to make an assasain class. This meant that they didnt even notice that assasain is supposed to deal the MOST damage

    Assassin didn't really get "nerfed" as people would call it. Just a change in playstyle. Before Gavel, assassin was just a better version of warrior. Now the playstyle is different, which I love. I've also never lost a single duel with my assassin (In Gavel) ;3

    If you do not want to steal your freezing effect, simply do not use it in such quick succession. Perhaps use your basic attack or another spell. Using it twice in a second is simply impractical, even if the slowdown glitch was removed.

    Vanish:
    Get used to it. I do not think Salted will change the mana drain by this point, and since he is not viewing this thread(and tagging him will most likely not help either) he will not see your inevitable counter-argument.

    Multihits:
    Being unable to cast spells while in Multihits would be ridiculously unbalanced, as experienced assassins can bounce enemies and players back in front of them to attack again, meaning if you have high intel you could easily stunlock an enemy. And again, learn to use Force correctly.

    Smoke Bomb:
    Use other skills to freeze enemies in the smoke, such as Spin Attack, or use the aforementioned Force of Multihits to knock them through the wide wall of smoke, or even Vanish while they are in the smoke so they stop moving.

    I was one of the people most fervently in favor of an Assassin nerf, and when I got access to the Assassin after it was changed from being VIP exclusive, I played it to death.

    Well, I mean, it was nerfed. But, that's only because it hadn't been changed since before EULA, when it was supposed to be OP.

    It's pretty "OP" to me. I mean I've never lost a duel with mine & I've never been beaten by any bosses

    I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like this, but if I start sprinting right as I use vanish, itt seems like it drains at normal speed and I can sprint for most of the vanish.

    Spin attack is good, it does alot of damage and can be used to farm enemies below you.

    I do not have a recording software that this computer will tolerate.

    And, once again, the "Damage" stat, as Salted has noted before, is the strength of that class's basic attack. Spells are out of the equation. Compare basic attacks, and yes, the Assassin's is far superior. Archers may hit slightly harder, but they get overwhelmed by groups since their arrows only can hit one target at a time, Warriors deal lower damage than the Assassin, and Mages, though their attack can pierce and has fairly wide range, has terrible damage compared to the Assassin's focused strikes.

    The argument you pose is invalid, as you are trying to measure two completely unrelated factors. It is like you are trying to compare a plastic drinking cup to a saddled giraffe. There is no sensible way to compare the two. Saying that the classes are unbalanced if two unrelated factors do their job in different ways is like saying "If I can fit this potato chip into a water bottle without cracking it, then Saturn's rings do not exist."

    What do you mean "cover the reality that assassin is up"? That really doesn't make sense...

    if you take away the spells, it would be extremely underpowered.... for mages

    Although I do agree to an extent that mages heal needs a bit of a nerf, if multihit would remove the ability to heal/cast spells, it would be absolutely broken in PvP...

    If they have nothing in common, there is no sensible way to compare them, as I said.
    Heal is rather powerful, yes, so in the future, I would presume it will get another nerf or two. However, for the other spells and their ridiculous damage, all classes can take advantage of this to varying degrees since the equipment needed is not class-specific. All classes can avoid Meteor, Ice Snake, and Teleport(though their difficult-to-dodge nature is one of the reasons that Mage has such a high "spell" ranking in the stats chart) so it does not really matter that much.

    just a suggestion. why not add "basic attack damage" and "spell damage" instead of "damage" in classes description that way we wont confuse new players

    So I do understand why you want multihit buffed but the others are fine.
    And also you have a certain combo you have been talking about.
    Now Salted is not going to change the whole multihit spell for you.
    Also it seems you're the only person who spams assassin buff threads.
    Please stop.

    I'd like to see smoke bomb's damage nerfed, but a larger aoe. Multihit damage should be slightly buffed to compensate. Assassin is a MELEE class, not ranged, so why is the one ranged spell so much better than the melee spell? Pretty much Wynn logic.
