Item Buyer Update

The item buyer needs to be updated to be more like the item identifier. It is tedious to right click the buyer over and over again + if you grab the wrong weapon there is no pause before the sell whereas the identifier has the checkmark before he does his thing.

 

There are a lot more detailed suggestions of this out there.

I haven't seen any recently and what do you mean more detailed? Just make it work like the item identifier. There isn't really any details that go into it.

I've seen one with an example layout of the revamped item buyer and a couple paragraphs of explanation. I can't link it because it's 11 PM for me right now and I don't feel like scrolling through GS to find it.

 

Ok well if you can find it please link it that way people that read this one can see it as well. Just as long as it works like the identifier. That post is probably long gone so people won't see it unless someone brings it back up.

I posted this one for the poll. Read the recent comments on my last post and you will see. Also I brought that last post back but it was posted more than a week ago.

 

What is wrong with the current Item Buyer? Do you REALLY care about those extra 5 seconds it takes? People like me keep clicking on their gear (already identified and in my inventory) and I only see that when the Identifier tells me it already has been identified. If the Item Buyer would be the same way, man, I would lose so much stuff... ;-;

 

It is tedious to have to drag each item in on it's own and then re click the villager to sell more stuff. I want to be able to do a large about at one time. People lose stuff anyways because there is no pause once you put it in. This way you would have to click the checkmark before it would sell so you have a bit more time to realize what you are doing.

 

or you know, look at the item you're selling, like we have for 3 years?

 

You can add a poll to a thread

 

I didn't see anywhere to do that. I would have if I had known how. But this exists now so there is no point in adding it.

That isn't the point of the post. I was telling him that either way it is possible to lose items. This way is just less likely to. The point is I want to to be more like the identifier so I don't have to drag and drop a single item in. Then re click the villager and repeat. If it were more like the identifier it would be simpler and just overall easier.

 

The "Add Poll" option should be in the "Edit Thread" bar at the top, it's the same place you change your thread name. Also you could always just delete this thread and add the poll to your old one.

 

True but this one is already made. I don't see a reason to put it back on the other one. Also I already have a few votes so I would prefer not just get rid of it.
