How Do You Become Staff?

Can Someone Tell Me How to Become a Staff? Please tell me I would sign right up! Well...Ill Try.

You can't do it yourself, no applications or anything
They choose mods, and you can't be admin
You become part of the content team though (GM's and builders), but for game master and builder you need to showcase your work (for gm's a detailed quest or something, for builders one of your own builds), and they'll accept if they need gm's or builders and you're talented enough in that field

 

I know I just want to become a builder..
