World Thunder Valley

Thunder Valley is a valley where it's in closed almost like Aldori but it's flat inside instead of on a mountain there's a quest here lvl (builders decide) called Thunder Struck where the player must discover the reason of the mysterious thunder sound heard within the whole valley so the player must go to the heart of the valley and talk to some guy and tell him to stop the thunder he refused and you go talk to the first guy and he will tell you to kill the emery and when u beat it you get a powerful thunder ring. Also a cool thing you could do is animate lightning in the valley but make it land high enough so the player won't get hurt by it.

Not detailed enough. You should make the entire quest and maybe even an example build of it.
And also, it's pretty rare to get hit by lightning in Wynncraft- As far as I know only one person did it.

 

Well I have seen lightning multiple times in the dark forest almost even hit once
