A scroll. That let's you teleport to a player in your world.
Works same as other scrolls.

This would and can be abused in many ways like for example, a level one can just TP to a player in Sky Islands

 

This can be abuse, so someone can go into the realm of light or any other place for high levels,and get a level one to tp to them. This is honestly not thought of well enough and has no detail in it what so ever, please keep in mine that you should think of your suggestions, research in case there isn't something like in-game already, and put alot of detail in it.

 

Imagine a lvl 1 tping to end of silverfish dungeon and then have the friend kill it, BAM, lvl 20 in 10 seconds!
