World Add /ignore Command [21 Supporters!]

It would be an awesome addition to the game to add the command /ignore. If you do not know what it is, it basically makes it so that you cannot see the messages sent by someone who you just ignored. This could stop PM spamming and spamming in general. It happens to people including me when people get really angry or mad at you and they spam you with private messages and you cannot do anything about it. It has happened to me plenty of times because new people often asks me for items and won't stop until they get what they want. Anyway, it would look like this:

If you did /Ignore, this would pop up /Ignore [List/Add/Remove]

Now, let's explain each one of these commands /Ignore list shows you who are in your ignore list. Basically people who you are currently ignoring.

/Ignore add [Name] adds someone to your Ignore list. If you have successful done this, this appears You are now ignoring [Name]

/Ignore remove [Name] removes someone from your ignore list. When you do this, this should pop up: You are no longer ignoring [Name]

Thanks you @The One-eyed Guy for the wonderful suggestion and @ajdude9 's aswell. So when you try to message someone who had ignored you, this message will pop up: [Name] has ignored you. [Name] Will not receive any messages you that you send.

It should also say that "____ has ignored you! Any private messages you send to this player will not be received."

 

Or, to not sound offensive, it could simply say "[Name] is ignoring you, so they have not received your message." when they try to message someone who's ignoring you.

Here's an addition: if instead of any specific player's name, you put ** (two asterisks) it counts as ALL. That way:
/ignore add **
ignores all player messages without turning off chat (probably would be best if it doesn't work on mods and such?)
/ignore remove **
the inverse of above

 

Yeah, but the problem with that is that if you want some of your friends messaging you, you will also ignore them. That's why it's nice to do 1 person at a time.

 

Hmm, what if ** only represented users not currently on your friends list? That way you would have more control over the command.
