World Blank Teleportation Scroll

They could add a scroll in which you can set the coordinates (left click to set tp coordinates, right click to use them) they would be sold in places like cinfras or troms (so people are fairly through the game before using it) there could also be a needed quest in which u "learn" how to make tp scrolls

 

More detail:
1. Give us the step by step details of the quest(words, rewards, literally everything)
2. Who would we buy these from?
3. How is this balanced?
4. Why is this needed?

@_TheNinja_ @BlahBlah161616 well it would be balanced because the price would be hiked (30 eb), it could be useful in many circumstances for e.g(middle of quest have to go do something else in troms for eg, instead of doing the entire quest again u could conveniently tp back). you would be able to buy this from the scroll merchant just different option. Idk what would the quest to unlock blank scrolls would be like but it could be something like a mini tutorial.

 

I can imagine all the fetch and retrieve quests that would be ruined by this.
even if this was somehow by random chance implemented, it would need a bunch of safe zones to prevent bypassing quests
This also sounds really unbalanced, no point in running around anymore and searching, and I doubt anyone has time to record coordinates back down again while they're doing quests.

 

Sounds unbalanced. I stand by my statement. Tell me, what's to stop me from giving a low level access to places straight away?

 

Set a level limit or something, and now that I think about it more the more overpowered it seems. People can just post coordinates and you can speed through any quest at all, cities would be incredibly easy to get to, you can just teleport to loot chest and relic locations, go inside of buildings that are meant to be for quests that aren't through with yet, fight bosses like Kronos without the need of clocks...

 

@BlahBlah161616 well firstly it would only be available in places like troms and cinfras, secondly you would have to do the quest which is min level 79 for example.

 

Set them in really good places and sell them for high prices.

Ok, from what you've said it still sounds op.

 

What is setting it cost like 2 soul points, and using it cost 3? That way the soul point cost is 5, much higher than a normal scroll

 

Give FULL DETAILS.


1: EXACT PRICE, EXACT TOWNS ideally

2: What is the level min?

3: Whats to stop people from keeping an inventory full of random places to tp to so they can troll others

4: How many soulpoints does it cost to bind and/or use the scroll?

5: How will this POSITIVELY help the game? 99% of wynn is exploring, fighting and lore. the 1% is using cheap tactics to skip important shet because you're lazy

 

1. As said above, this would be unbalanced. You could use it to get anywhere.
2. If there is a quest involved in something, make it yourself.
3. This could easily be abused to get outside of the map. Or if that wouldn't be possible, you would still be able to get to locations in quests outside the map.

 

No, To Op, can be used to get to op areas, hint ??? and etc and areas underground like caves that are clogged up

 

Yeah, I believe this would be a bit OP and unbalanced...

 

Ya know, im just thinking of all the BS people would pull. Like TPing in places they arent supposed to. You are basically giving people the command /tp.

 

This will trap so many players and break so many quests, and the trolling/scamming potential is extremely high. Also, this effectively removes travelling to any place a second time, which kinda discourages exploration because you won't notice stuff on your journey because you're just teleporting there.
