    Im not completely sure if teleport is bugged or they made it not do damage on purpose in pvp. Mage teleport was a really good way to start a battle, since it would blind and do some damage to the other player. Now with the gavel patch it doesnt affect other players during pvp, it only affects mobs. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this and hopefully it can get fixed.
