    these boots honestly suck, you have to work on them.

    They're actually pretty balanced for rare. The health bonus is very good, and buffing a stat is always useful.

    On the whole, balanced, but not my favorite, flavor-wise.

    only because he buffed it, it used to be +200 health +2 intelligence -10 earth defense, the air defense and health was added later on after i told him it was bad, he added it.
