Talk to Keegan the cowboy outside Rymek (at the small mine)

    Keegan: Well howdy do.
Keegan: I'm so glad you came, I just came out of the mine, waitin' for my partner Calvin.
    Keegan: Untill YEEHAW!
Keegan, My Cow-Wranglin' horse just ran away!
Keegan: And Calvin still hasn't come out yet!

Not the worst quest I've seen, kudos to that, but could use some improvement.

First of all, dialogue is a little tough to read. If you've ever seen a good quality quest suggestion, they might look something like this:

[1/3] Daario Naharis: Hello there fellow, have you seen a large black beard run in that direction?

    [2/3] Daario Naharis: No? Damn.

[3/3] Daario Naharis: 1v1 me m8 I'll 369 noscope u with me knife then cut of ur pusi face

This style is better organized and more pleasing to the eye. A similar thing can be done with your quest book writing, for instance:

[Quest Book Updated] Travel to Isengard to retrieve my pie

See? Now that's just simple visuals. The actual quest you wrote could be additionally improved in a variety of ways:

    1. Simple grammar corrections, such as replacing "2" with and actual "two." All works towards making quest sound more professional to increase the chance of it being considered.
    2. Dialogue improvements, as dialogue itself is fairly awkward. Characters are fairly bland, would do good to add some spice to their speak, though I will admit the cowboy dialogue is interesting, but still lacking.
    3. Reward is pretty OP, especially for a quest as easy as this, especially considering the reward bracelet for Heart of Llevigar, a quest both far more difficult and 2 levels greater, is the slightest bit weaker than this. Either nerf the ring or buff the quest.
    4. Very generic in its plot, simple "find item" and return it to start NPC quests are near outdated. Try coming up with a more interesting turn of events, with a western take of course! For example, you have to duel with some dude who stole the horse, who seemingly kills you and walks off, until, surprise! You're not dead! So you get up, take the horse, and kill him on the way out. Much more exciting, and more fitting for a "western" quest!

That's all I can point out for now, I did notice some other issues, but they weren't of major concern. In conclusion, nice quest, but certainly lacking in some areas.
