Liquid Merchant In Llevigar

I am a relatively high level. 61-62. I spend most of my time questing in Gavel, minus Tower of Ascension *shudder*. I have 3 stacks of EB, and unless I missed it and it's not on the map, there is no Liquid Merchant in Llevigar, and I am not a high enough level to go to Cinfras. I might be the only one to think this, but do you guys agree?

 

It would make sense, after all, the whole city is practically quartz which isn't a cheap material. Which would mean the city is rich.
Also, you can run to Cinfras pretty easily. If a level 3 player can make it to the highest level town, you can get to Cinfras with no trouble.

I find that liquid merchants are only found in the ToL and the two trade/central cities (Detlas and Cinfras). The only exception would be Rodoroc, but I believe it may be a trading city as well due to some of the mobs there being called dwarf or elf traders. Though Llevigar is a pretty rich city, it's a mining city and not trade.

I think liquid merchants should be in the large towns, or cities I guess.

Shouldn't you have some teleport scrolls to Detlas or Troms? I mean, you crossed an ocean that you will have to recross at some point, you should definitely have some tp scrolls.

Well that's your problem. Llevigar doesn't need a liquid merchant, because if your in Llevigar you should probably have a scroll to somewhere in the Wynn province. If you have to run accross the ocean instead of using tp scrolls, you're doing something wrong. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

I just have another class in Detlas as all times, who acts as an extra bank, an easy way to trade with other players, and an LE converter all at once.

I do the same thing. I have 2 classes in Detlas, one for extra inventory and one for when I'm in ToL and need to sell items.
