st of all I hope there isnt any trouble with this one, But Im ignoring the haters (Literally) Feel Free to Suggest How to fix it if you think it needs to change! :)

The MasterTrainer Uses It's Loyal Companions When it's in trouble and uses range and close attacks

First Spell:Wolf Bite
You Summon 1 Wolf That go strait towards the enemy damaging it for 85% and 25% earth damage, if it does not hit, it stays to fight for 5 seconds and have 300 Health
Grade 2:(PiercingBite) When The Wolf Attacks, it Makes the Target bleed, damaging it every 2 seconds. The Wolf stays for 10 Seconds and have 500 Health(100%Damage and 50% Earth Damage)
Grade 3:(WolfPack)You Fire 5 Wolves With 1500 Health that stand for 1.5 Minutes. with 125% Damage and 75% Earth Damage

2nd Skill:CatCannon
You Blast Cats at your Target giving 50% Knockback and 90% Dam
Grade 2 (UltraBlast)Launches You the Opposite Direction your looking and dealing 65% KnockBack and 100% Dam and 25 Water Dam
Grade3 (CatPowers) Gives you Speed for 2:30, +1 attack speed for 1 Min and no fall damage for 5 Min

10 Hunger 3rd Skill:Bear Slash
Attack 2 times infront of you, damaging for a total of 95% Dam
6.5 hungerGrade2: (FuryClaw):Hit 5 Times and give 25% Dam and 30% Earth Dam Each Hit
5 hunger Grade3: (PsychoBear):Hit 15 Times doing 50% dam and 55% earth dam each hit +Strength 1 for 15 Seconds

4th Skill:Whip Swing
6 hunger Throw Your Whip out Damaging mobs, bringing it towards you and damaging 50% Dam and 60% air dam or use it as a grappling hook
5.5 hunger Grade2 (DangerousExtension) The Whip Shoots up to 15 Blocks and does 55% dam and 65% air dam
4 Hunger Grade3 (MonkeySwing):Rapidly Swing up to 5 times and shift to get to the surface. while swinging, you could kick enemies damaging 75% dam and it has the same normal and air dam

This is a real improvement to the first one. Great job. But maybe change:

into a longer and more detailed lore. And add how much mana is used per spell cast.

The one main this that bugs me is that it doesnt seem to fit into wynncraft

 

I dont see how this would fit in the feel and lore of Wynncraft. (Especially this: "CatCannon")
Its not a bad idea, I just dont see how it fits.

In my opinion the third grade of the Wolf bite is too OP. 5 Wolves of 1500 HP and stand for 1.5 min? Nope.
I suggest 700 of HP, 2 Wolves and the same time as the lvl 2, as you added a new wolf.
I see no problems with the other habilities.
P.D. For the next suggestion try adding a bit of colours and structure to the post, it will be better for understanding your idea :)

The wars against corruption, though dying down a bit, are still succeeding in Wynn, so the Master Trainer takes their pets to Wynn so that they can fight off the corruption with their fellow heroes, the Archer, Mage, Warrior, and Assassin."
