I didn't mean "Isn't there already a Mythical accessory", I meant that there's an item that gives a ton of debuffs like this.

I found it, it's called "Planet Healer":

It's an Endgame Legendary item. Not exactly sought after due to it's negatives, but still an interesting item.

The negatives are too much to handle, and probably even among to the most defensive players.

Despite the positive side of attaining a significantly more offensive build, I would vow NO.
