World How I Think Mana/energy Should Work

    so many people hate it that when you run you lose mana and I also hate it so I wanted to share how I think it could be made better

    1. A new Bar (Energy) this bar will go down when you run/jump
    2. A new skill Point that could make it so that Energy would go down slow


    Now I'm sure some people will say "This wont fix a thing you will still stop running after a bit!"
    I don't hate this because I cant run forever I hate it because when I run from fast mobs I cant use my spells to kill them

    The second addition might be okay, but consider what element you could possibly add it to. It'd also take a lot of work to change all of the equipment in the game just for that one element.

    And for the first one, you'd probably need mods, unless you had 1.9, where you could use the armor bar as energy. This is not 1.9, though, so there's no real place to put the energy bar.

    The energy bar one seems like a fairly decent idea though it might be hard to code. The skill point one seems too complex to be to be worth adding.

    The current system is laughably easy. If you want an energy system to complain about, go to Dungeon Realms. Attacking takes energy, running takes energy, everything takes energy. You have nothing to complain about.

    If there's a problem, and in a different situation there's a worse problem, that doesn't mean the first problem doesn't exist. If someone stole my hot dog, and someone in China dies, it's foolish for me to ignore my problem because of the worse one in China, because I can't do anything about it. I won't just sit there and let the dude steal my stuff. I won't say "Well, I have nothing to complain about. Think about that person in China." The person in China is something I can't help with, and the hot dog thief is right there in my face, a big problem I'm directly related to and can very quickly be fixed. I'll give him a swift slap to the face and grab my hot dog back! One problem solved. And it wouldn't have been solved if I just sat there!

    This is the same idea. Wynncraft has a problem with mana. Just because DR has a much worse problem with it doesn't mean we shouldn't do anything about the problem in Wynn. We can't do anything to help DR. We do have something to complain about and we're not going to be silent about it because the other side has something worse. That would be stupid. We could be fixing a problem but we're letting that stop us.

    I like the energy bar idea. I too get fusterated when losing hunger. But it would take a lot of work to implant. For now, I suggest getting a mans steal set. (PS: it helps a lot)
