Mage Teleport Needs Fix?

    Before the Gavel Patch Mage's teleport use to do damage to players in pvp. But now it only does damage to mobs and not during pvp when facing a player. I was wondering if this is a bug or a feature that was added in the Gavel Patch. Teleport was a really good combo starter and I was wondering if this can be fixed.

    It should do damage to people in PvE but in regular wynncraft no

    PvE is Player Versus Environment just to letcha know ;p

    I think Teleport is currently broken; Did you check if it still blinds?

    It doesnt blind sadly..when i try it doesnt but i dont know if this happens for others.
