Resource Pack Should Load Upon Entering Main Lobby

The Wynncraft resource pack loads whenever you enter a world.
However, if you leave the world using /lobby to go back to the main lobby, it doesn't unload the resource pack, and if you go into a different world, it unloads the resource pack, making you go into the default textures for a split second, then reloads the resource pack. This is not needed, and all it does is create extra lag and waiting times when people wish to change which world they're playing on.
So my suggestion is that the resource pack should load immediately whenever a player logs onto Wynncraft and spawns into the lobby, and it stays on permanently as long as they are on the server.
