Website & Forums Move Bug Reports To Forums

I just recently posted a thread about my issues with my donation, and it led me to create this.

The problem with the Bug Report system is that it's on Git Hub. That doesn't make any sense considering WynnCraft has a beautiful forums right here that contains plenty of active staff and players to read and reply to threads. The bug reports system on Git Hub is completely useless. I had an issue, so I wrote it down. Then, I was just referred to a thread almost identical to mine that also had no answer or response. At least on the forums, there are people who will read your issue, give you the materials to try and fix it, and it will get to the staff a whole lot easier because obviously there is hardly any staff support on Git Hub.

If you decided to move it here, you'd get a lot more bug reports, and a lot more success stories making the server more enjoyable.

 

No, ideally you want people to go to the issue tracker. The forums software is not for issue tracking correctly.

 

Tbh it's funny to see random players created GitHub account just for submitting bugs.
