World Quest Markers/clairvoyance

I really love doing quests but it's sometimes a struggle to find a certain NPC based off coordinates. I know there's a map on the website but it's still hard to figure out exactly where you are, especially in areas hidden because of it's angle. I personally don't use the website map because it lags my game. There should be a way to activate a quest marker like in Fallout or TES, or a "magical path" that guides you toward the NPC.

 

Hey. There is a magical feature in minecraft called "F3"! Its amazing! now with 40% more render it can help track coordinates faster, its a add on that can be downloaded from the web, and its only 3.99$! No not really. Its a built on feature that shows your coords. Yes this thread is all abut complaining about f3 but really. Its the best tool there is without causing crazy lag

 

Or function-f3 if your f3 key already does something magical.

I recommend Voxelmap AKA Zan's Minimap, it's fairly easy to install and it has all the features you'll ever need. Make sure you turn off mob radar though, leaving it on is a bannable offense.
