Permanent Resource Pack

This may not be a major problem but it sure does get in the way sometimes. I mean seriously, do I have to download the resource pack every time I join or even worse, switch servers?! I understand the reason of having this in the server is because there is Wizard Fortress( that probably no one plays anymore) and has its own (resource pack?).
This main purpose I'm posting this is that I couldn't join Wynncraft after switching servers cause the resource pack couldn't download and ended up with a crashed/ frozen Minecraft.

Again, I know this isn't a major thing but in my opinion, I find it very troublesome.

 

You can download the physical pack itself from many threads or extract it from your server files. Anyways, this is more of an issue with your compatability. This also seems to based of one isolated incident which as my science teachers have drilled into me, "is never a happy situation"
