Crash

You guys should know that when you come out with an update like this, the player base will increase. More players means more lag. When i get into the lobby, every server is red or yellow. If it is green, i join but... that means nothing cause every server is shitted down with lag. Spells don't work. nothing does. I am in the middle of grinding with full health. A lag spike comes and... guess what?!? I'm dead and in another town.

I also crash a lot. There is a chunk between nemract and detlas that crashes me when i load it and, i also crash at other random times. I just spent the last half hour trying to log on and move my character away from the chunk before it crashes me again.

If we spend money on your game and spend our time playing it, it is your job to make it playable and an overall good experience

 

You spend money on their game. They spend their money on their game too ._.
You can't go around blaming them for something that isn't their fault. Just wait for the hype to die down.

 

If you think you can fix this, go ahead. Locate the physical servers, get more, run them, add the plugins smoothly, generate a reliably active community for them, and keep them running. I dare you.

 

The entire team has a goal of making the server run smoothly, of course. As you've said, the increased amount of players lag is to be expected, and obviously it's our goal to fix it. Bringing new content is not an easy thing to do, but as you've said we see it as our responsibility not only to provide the players with a working game, but also with a game that keeps them captivated and excited, offering new things and adventures. We are only a little more than a week from Gavel's release and we have dozens more of patches to release. If you don't think we're working our hardest to fix the problems, you're dead wrong.

I'm sorry that you've had many issues de to lag. We all have. Please try your best to be patient with the team as we try to fix things.

 

Its simple! go on in the middle of the night and/or get a better and/pc or modem!

 

Not so simple, some people actually want to sleep at night and don't have the money to go out and buy better stuff. Also, it's not always the fault of the computer, but I have a mac so in my case, it is a lot of the time.

 

That was kindof a jokey comment but were you the one who chose to buy a mac?

 

This should be the response to copy-and-paste when someone makes a post saying 'hurr durr get rid of lag'.
