World Ice Element And Spell Damage Skill

I always felt like something was missing from the elements and when I looked at them I saw Ice was missing and I wondered why. I figured there wasn't a skill for this element to be put in and I thought about where could it be put in and I thought why not make Spell Damage skill since there is everything but that.

STRENGTH does not affect Spell Damage

 

Doesn't Earth buff all damage, not just melee damage?

 

it doesn't buff spell damage I did test this as I was creating builds and I gave a lot of strength points and this was what I found out:
Arrow Bomb (with spell damage 5K DMG)
Arrow Bomb (without spell damage 2K DMG)
and when I read the damage I did 0 Neutral DMG every time and I was using Hellbow the only damage I did was elemental.
Strength does not affect Spell Damage.

 

Water will also buff spell damage. 99% sure about this.

 

not sure about that I think elements only buff their damage only but I may be wrong. I was using water weapons before and now im using fire and its the same spell damage as when I was using water (Arrow Bomb 5K DMG)

 

Water does typically buff spell damage as far as I am concerned. Water weapons/armor will typically come with a Spell Damage modifier that is positive.

 

It could be a range modifier. Sniper Assassin is always a good plan.

 

I think water usually comes with spell damage enchants. Since it was linked to INTEL.
