World New Provinces

So, with the new 1.9 Update coming out rather soon, I decided that another province pertaining just to 1.9 would be in order. My idea, was that it could be a smaller, "Sub-Province" called 'Aerolyn'. Aerolyn entirely pertains to Airships, the Elytra Wings, and among other things, contains a single dungeon: the End dungeon. This dungeon contains Shulkers, Enderman, Endermites, and the final boss is an Enderdragon- that you must take on by destroying the 'Core' (Dragon egg). Once the dragon egg is destroyed, the supports in the dungeon crumble, and you must run to the exit before you get crushed. After reaching the exit, you are teleported back outside the dungeon and given your reward.

Note: I don't actually expect this to be read, much less made, so I didn't place much time in it. If it is used in WynnCraft, it should most definitely be tweaked to fit the server, as I don't personally know the requirements or tendancies of the server. Thank you for reading! ~Silver

 

there are 2 more provinces within Wynn lore. Wynn, Gavel, Dern, and the newly confirmed Fruma (Player's home province). While your idea is good in concept, it really doesn't fit within the lore. Sorry. (Correct my lore if i'm wrong btw)

surely, dern is a pseudo province, while technically a province, not a lot consider it a province. But it is a land of corruption with only a few decaying cities. (again correct me if im wrong)

The Providence is not that good of a idea, but the dungeon though, is amazing for 1.9

 

I didn't quite explain the Province properly, and focused mainly on the dungeon. I can attempt to expand my explanation of the Province, if you like.

 

If you want the entire province mainly to house the dungeon, just make a suggestion for the dungeon and scrap the province.

Something about Endermen AKA Dern Immigrants, and it's supposed to be located past the Almuj mountains. There's not really much info out right now.

 

Enderman? Perhaps I should scrap Aerolyn xD. Dern sounds like it would be a good place to hold that dungeon.

No one knows a single hoot about what Dern is, only speculation. The only thing we know is that Grian calls it a "Dark land far off" but should "Still be considered a province"

Also, thanks for clearing up Dern. Several people tried to tell me that it was already confirmed, and was being worked on. I wasn't sure if this was true, or if it was just something they made up to impress me (something they'd surely do). Thanks!

 

Big part to no is that there's no way Wynn's going to be 1.9 anytime soon or anytime soon after it's full release.

 

What do we know about the province Fruma?

 

Honestly, a "sub-province" seems like a watered down version of a biome. It is just spreading not enough content too thin. Besides, this "Province" needs way more detail to be moderately considered.

 

Id would be a okay idea but here are a few things to consider:
1. With the wings, they could lead to some bad things happening, for you can basically fly.
2. Think of how hard it would be to program the entire script of commands for this province, including the end.
3. If this where to happen, I would guess that it would come out in 1-2 years with the dern, or 2-4 years including fruma and lastly about 5 years if it came out just like that. Probably not worth it, and also by that time minecraft 2.2 would probably be out taking more time to remodel the entire server with it.
Those are a few things to consider, but other than that, it would probably be a good idea.
