    With the decrease in natural health regen, why not a nurse NPC in towns? It could charge a small amount to heal back to full (and perhaps give a small regen buff for a duration), which is more realistic than /kill'ing for full health. Thoughts?

    A higher price as you level up, of course. Having 5k HP restored for the same price as restoring, say, 600 is just crazily overpowered.
