Talking to Popa before level 35
Popa: hmm... this place is so mysterious... Hey! you aren't Artificium he's at least level 35!

After meeting the level requirement
Popa: Oh, hello there!
Popa: I'm going to suppose you are the new researcher Artificium
Popa: I have a few things for you to do Artificium
Popa: But, first I should tell you what me and some fellow researchers are doing here
Popa: We heard about this place from a lad named by the name Asher at Nemract's bar
Popa: He said that there was a magnificent door and a lot of ruins. He then said that he feels like time goes by slower here
Popa: We decided to find out for our selves and we traveled here and found out he was right!
Popa: I could go on for hours on what we found here but that is for another time.
Popa: Now, lets get back to business
Popa: So, if you don't mind Artificium can you go get a artifact I left with my friend Uhr he should be at the coordinates -616, 111, -1171

Talking to Popa after that he will say
Popa: Move along now

Talking to Uhr before the quest will result in him saying nothing

Uhr: I wondered what happened here...
Uhr: Seems like someone was sacrificed
Uhr: But why were they sacrificed? Were they someone of importance or just a random citizen?
Uhr: And who or what were they sacrficed to?!
Uhr: Ah! who are you!? Have you come here to kill me?! Are you the ghost of one of the sacrificed?!
Uhr: Oh, wait... you must be that new researcher that Popa said was coming to help
Uhr: Sorry that I got scared like that. I'm not the bravest and I'm pretty superstitious at times
Uhr: Oh, you want that artifact that Popa forgot with me? Here have it.
Uhr: Well, I guess I'm going to be alone again

Return the artifact to Popa

The artifact is a bedrock block named "Mysterious Artifact" under the name it is engraved with the words "A evil shadow lies in the one with allies and friends, but none of them true"

Popa: Welcome back!
Popa: looks like you go the artifact
Popa: Hand it over immediately
*Shoves the artifact quickly into his pocket*
Popa: The artifact is extremely fragile and it hints to something much more than meets the eye
Popa: For your next task I will need you too head down to the underground area that is behind the a small waterfall northwest of here
Popa: I heard three members of our research team got stuck down there
Popa: The three that were lost are Zukunft, Hora and one other member with a name I can't remember
Popa: Go investigate and see if you can find them

Artificium: Keep on going through the dungeon, Popa should be there!
Artificium: Confront him and beat him!

At the end of the dungeon a dark passage will teleport you into the boss room

Popa: You finally realized it
Popa: that I am the true mastermind of this
Popa: If your little brain couldn't tell the artifact that you gave me was referring to me
Popa: I am a merely a shadow of who I used to be
Popa: After I found out time was really slower in the valley I found a strange artifact
Popa: It gave me wisdom and power, it told me how to use others and how to get limitless power
Popa: After I gained this new found limitless power it then started guiding me on how to rule Wynn and time itself
Popa: To achieve this I had to make a army, a mindless savage army.
Popa: I was so close to my goal until you came along
Popa: I saw that you have a little something in you that I don't have
Popa: You had enough willpower that I did not have
Popa: I just need the your willpower to achieve my goal of a endless army of mindless brutes
Popa: Just your willpower... Now fight me!!

Spells: Max level Teleport and level 1 uppercut
Mob: Skeleton with black dyed leather armor and a bleeding villager head, holding a enchanted obsidian block

Popa: It can't end like this...
*wither skeleton appears from where Popa died*
???: Finally! My physical form is back!
???: Thank you for killing Popa, he was fun possessing
???: But my physical form is much much more fun
???: If your wondering what I am, let's just say I am the shadow of greed, anger, hate and all sins done in this world
???: Time to cause some mischief
*wither skeleton teleports away*

Tell Artificium what happened

Artificium: Wow, that is serious
Artificium: We have to stop this problem before it is to late!
Artificium: I had a childhood friend name Tenebris
Artificium: He was really interested in the magic of darkness, but he could be dead
Artificium: Well, I do think this deserves a reward, here take this

Side notes:

• After the quest is finished none of the npcs will talk to you
• All the npcs are priest villagers
• I don't know how much exp is in two bars of exp
• I might continue it with one or two other quests
• When I refer to dungeon I refer to a torturing dungeon and not a Wynncraft dungeon like the skeleton one

The mobs should be a little more descriptive, kind of like this from one of my previous quests:
