    I'm a level 45 and I was wondering some tips from the community.

    Okay, so in the past seven levels or so, I have done no quests whatsoever. Somehow, I still even have a level 15 quest...

    My point is, I am wondering if I should just farm in Nessakk or should I do some quests.

    Quests will give you more xp. Do those. The level 15 one is most likely not worth it, however.

    I would do the quests of the levels just below you, because those still give a reasonable amount of XP.
