World Pot Problems Quest

Reeno: Hello, Sir, would you like to buy a pot? Dangit! Why will no body buy my pots?

Reeno: Well, lately , my pots have gotten worse. My manufacturer says they are fine.

Reeno:Say… can you talk to him for me?


Quest Book: Talk to the manufacturer at xyz.


Manufacturer: So he has finally realized it was me, eh? It isn’t my fault though!

Manufacturer: When I take my lunch break, some of the ingredients disappear!

Manufacturer: I don’t have enough money to buy more, so I have been making my own.

Manufacturer: I need some special clay, but I don’t know where I can find it.

Manufacturer: My delivery boy said something about getting some from an ancient tomb by Llevigar.

Manufacturer: Say what, get me some and I can fix this!


Mobs in the Tomb:

Collasped Wall: 125 HP, ? dam, mob: stone block

Cursed Spirit: 130HP, ? dam, mob: skeleton

Angered Pests: 120 HP, ? dam, mob: skeleton


There will be clay spawning in the back of the tomb…


Manufacturer: My god! You have it.

Manufacturer: This doesn’t seem right though. The texture is too hard. I need some warm liquid to melt it.

Manufacturer: I may have some in my basement, but I can get to it. It is filled with rats!


Quest Book: Get the warm liquid for the manufacturer.


Mobs in Basement:

Rat: 100 HO, ? dam, mob: silverfish


Jar of Lava: 2000 HP, ? dam, mob: glass block

Drops bucket of lava!


Manufacturer: This should do the trick!

Manufacturer: Well the clay is good now, so I can continue to make more pots!

Manufacturer: Tell Reeno about this miracle!


Reeno: So you fixed it? I will give you unlimited pots, and a reward!

Reeno: Here you go! Have a nice day!

You're supposed to make it all by yourself; saying that they can fill in the blanks themselves showed that you made a lazy suggestion and didn't really work on it much. Please do:
1. Mob stats need to be a lot better. They should be more like this:

Risen Mage
Mob: Skeleton, wearing purple leather armor (Exact color 2D0243) minus the helmet, (nothing on head) holding enchanted stick (wand)
Level: 68
HP: 793
Regen: 162
Damage: 115-255
Spell: Teleport
Ranged, shoots Enderpearls

Not like what you've put.
2. I don't care if you did not mean this to be an important suggestion, you need to put a level! And coordinates! Gavel or not, it needs that stuff!
3. 100 and up HP... And the quest reward is 5 Emerald Blocks? That's... Make it 10 or something.
4. XP is also too low. 10,000? With that kind of health, more like 60,000.

Just... Not to self-advertise, but I think my quests are a pretty good example of what you should do.

 

I agree with The One-eyed Guy, but you may want to change the name. I was expecting a quest where a guy had his Mary Jane stolen XD.

 

I have noticed a trend!


All your quests have a reference to the Devil's Plant, the Mary Jane, the Puff-Puff-Pass, the Kush, the Ganja, the Weed.

Anyways; no filling in the blanks if you want to be considered for GM or even want this quest to be used. Also, please, please, please, make the quest a bit more immersive. It's light and lacks detailing.

 

Anything with 2000 health that's a normal mob is too hard for anything below level 40 and there's too little a reward for levels 45 plus. As such, it would have to be a level 43 quest to even consider it, even then. Please consider changing the reward or the mob HP.
