Ok I've been thinking lately and realized that when I am level 75 I do a lot more travel to go to events or explore new areas than I do on lower accounts. So I propose to you Flying Mounts, now these mounts will not be able to be activated or bought unless you are the max level at that time. I will explain this in further detail of how this would work.

Ok once you are at the level cap you will unlock a quest similar to the horse merchant where you will fetch items to get the steed you need (it rhymes ^.^). This steed will not be buyable and will be undropable as you get it one time from a quest. The steed itself would be a dragon and you would also have to summon it with these guide lines:

    • There cannot be any blocks above you
    • You have a 2 minute cooldown in between each cool down
    • You have to be at the level cap
    • You need to be at full health (This is to stop cheesy escapes from overwhelming situations0
    • And you need to stand still for 3 seconds
Now with that being said I think the summon item should be an eye of ender, since it is linked to the end and all things within it. It would be cool to have the effect of the eye of ender actually fly up into the air, so it would be a sort of beacon for your dragon (kind of like dropping off the bridges in skyward sword). Now for the actual flight mechanics.

When you summon your dragon you will be mounted on it and start soaring into the air at a slanted climb until you go above the mountain ranges in wynncraft. After that the dragon will fly to where your mouse if pointed following it, once you reached your destination you press shift and fall down from your dragon and hit the ground. From the moment you dismount your dragon the two minute cooldown begins. When you summon your dragon it makes a dragon roar as to know that your summon was successful.

Note: I know this is a very well different idea and I am prepared to receive various criticism on it but, this is nearly and idea. I also wish to receive advice on how this could be made better.

    Well...
"good" idea, but I belive the server wouldn't be able to handle a few hundred enderdragons in the air.
Also, it would destroy the sense ot traveling

A bit hard to stop block damage, as the dragon will still pass through the blocks even if mobgriefing is off.

Maybe instead of a Ender Dragon you could use a bat or a blaze, and maybe add a leveling system such as have a 1/10 and once you get to 10/10 you can spend LE to level up the dragon to fly faster and give it a different skin.

Well currently the server limit for players is 50/50 and I doubt most of them are level 75 or would be using all dragons at once. I get where you are coming from with it would ruin the sense of travel, but if you think about it when you are level 75 or at the cap (whatever it would for gavel) You would have explored most places. Not to mention it would go at a regular dragons speed not like 500BPS.
The whole idea is not to have a random dragon going randomly in the air but to follow your cursor also I am pretty sure you will not run into many blocks when you are above the mountain cap. I'm sure there is a simple way to turn enderdragon griefing off too ;-; I just don't know how.
Tbh part of my idea was to have medieval themed flying mount and also not to spend a whole lot of money on it.

I think his/her idea of the dragon would be something not already in Wynn. You fight a wither in wynnexpedition.

I don't see this happening, not at all.
Maybe once the server is 1.9 (which will take a very long time) they might implement elytra's, and use those for flight.
    But probably not.

Yea, elytra would be a good addition for level caps.
