World Nemract Remodel (somewhat)

So for the past few weeks I've been playing on Wynncraft a lot more and I've noticed how hard it is to travel between all of the areas in the ocean for quests. So here's what I thought could be a solution:
Remodel Nemract to make it more like a port city.
Take one dock from Nemract and have it lead to a giant boat.
Have the boat contain a villager or portal to teleport them to lets say Selchar for a small fee.
But in order to access the portal or villager you must first complete a quest for each area.
The reason as to why I've thought of this is because travel in the ocean is very time consuming and its hard to get around considering only one place in the ocean has a teleportation scroll.

Just be thankful it's not anything like real ocean travel and takes less than a day to get across the ocean.

 

If you're Mage/Archer, you can teleport/escape across the ocean. But yeah, Ascended Kitty did something like this first.

 

Umm, isn't this just a beefed up version of to scrolls?

 

Probably cheaper. As such it sounds like adding something unnecessary.
