World This Damned Hole!

Along the path from Ragni to Nivla, there are a couple houses as most everyone knows. In one of these houses is a dungeon-type thing in the basement where you must battle monsters to get out. Within this dungeon thing, there is a button that activates a piston which opens up a secret door. Once one has entered through said secret door, he/she is stuck. There is no way out. At all. Like... you're just stuck. The hole is at x: -507.500 z: -1545.454
I would much appreciate it if a builder could make this place have a two-way exit as many players are stuck here as well as my archer character. Thanks!

 

I literally spilled water all over my table when reading this title. Just like, 'World: This Damned Hole' XD. But seriously, I got trapped once when first coming to Wynncraft, I want a builder to fix this somehow.

Me to. I remember me and my friends thinking we were the only players who knew about it, and claimed it as ours

 

As already stated, this used to work. I believe there's a Coal Block currently "blocking" (heh heh... no ok) the passage, however. Don't know why it's there, but YOU CANNOT ESCAPE unless you use a teleport scroll or "/kill" yourself. I think "/die" works too.

 

Ahh... the Sewer Trap. I remember the old days when that thing had nothing but two level 3 zombies...

But anyway, unless the outhouse was removed, just go through the mobs. If there is no exit, then someone removed the outhouse for some reason and there is no way out.

I remember when I first fell into the trap and then freaked the heck out, then found my way out. I remember somebody posting a bug report and some builder (I think maybe @SageBuilds?) saying that it would be fixed "soon". That was about two months ago.

 

No, I think this should be kept since it notifies beginner players that there are many holes out there and that you should use /kill to get out of them.

 

I used to call it the Limbo sewers and I liked it, Plus it was a good grinding place as well as test for strength

 

Oh yeah, i managed to piss off some newbies really bad unintentionally

So i was near the potion shop with the enterance, and there were some new players.
I said something like: Do you know about the secret basement in this shop?
And they were like: No, where is it?
So i showed them, we got stuck, and i tp scrolled out.
when i returned, they were really pissed off at me.

I really don't get why the exit got blocked off.

 

OKEY DOKEY! This has already been discussed in a prior thread, and yes, I believe it was Sage who said that he was fixing it. The error was ACCIDENTAL as the "trap" isn't supposed to be a trap. That said, I believe that it is fixed on the build server, however, there is NO way to move that fix to the live server without moving all of Gavel and all of the changes to Wynn that are necessary for Gavel. SO, in the mean time,

acoording to the wiki, you are refering to the sewer trap. It supposed to have a water elevator at the other end leading into another house. If you go in that house you can actually see the top of it. For some reason its blocked off. I think this was accidental and needs to be fixed.

 

the exist accidently got filled and now there isn't an exit. the trap has been fixed on the build server so when they push the next update (Gavel) it will be fixed.

Yeah but then there's no sign saying "Use /kill to get out" so instead we just get spammed with "help pls im in a hole" threads

I guess when the beta is finished, they will release it on time, atleast for the people that are still alive.
