Guilds Ally Chat Addition

So I've been finding it hard to pm all the leaders in different guilds in a short amount of time, especially allies. So there should be an ally chat. It would work the same way as the guild chat but it would be the /a command. To become an ally, one guild would do /guild ally (name) and the other has to accept with /guild ally accept.

Everyone in both guilds can see ally chat, but only chiefs or higher can talk in alliance chat to prevent spam and only allies can create an alliance.

When someone types in ally chat, it would be a different colour and would look like: Historical ••••3zPz: Hi

Or: (Guild) (Rank) (Name) :

 

you should make it so only chief+ can talk in it (visible to every member) and that only the leader can make the alliance.
