Option To Disable Custom Armor

Possibly add a way to disable the custom armor feature. It's a cool feature but I made custom armor textures in my custom pack that I'd rather see, plus changing armor takes forever because it has to unload then load back in(at least for me and my bad internet). I like the idea behind it I just don't like the way the armor looks and would rather use my own. I also know using 1.7 fixes it but I'd rather user 1.8.

 

I agree with this. Some of the armor doesn't sit well with my skin, and turning off the layers that don't look well makes my actual skin look bad. Take the Champion Helmet for example. It covers up my characters eyes, making it look quite odd. I would love for this to be implemented.

OMG YES I WAS PLANNING ON SUGGESTING IN A MONTH, BUT ITS SUGGESTED NOAW! (also, nobody ever likes my ideas. i think im jinxed or something)

 

i agree and that EVERY SINGLE HELMET makes my skin look dumb =(

 

Last I checked, if you don't like the custom skins, you could play 1.7 and you keep the normal armor.
