Quest NPC Uvel: Oh.. Oh my (Sobbing) Oh sorry would you like a d-drink or something...
Uvel: Well if not would y-you mind (sob) h-helping me out with an problem I've got?
Uvel: Oh really (sniffle) thank you so much!
Uvel: We've been running low on drunkness potions lately, usually we get them from high class professionals by the name o-of The Gavel Excavation Team.
Uvel: Though we've been running low on Emeralds due to this bar being surrounded by viscous creature who have just recently c-claimed the land around us, now no one dares to stop by so things have been going slow.
Uvel: The Gavel Excavation Team knows how to locate the main ingredient to the drunkness potions but without pay, they refuse to do any kind of work...
Uvel: I have a good friend know by the name of Glyn, he lives on the Arrow Mountains just North from here.
Quest Started: The Bar Of Gavel
Glyn: Ahh.. you must be the one that was sent by Uvel!
Glyn: Well I would give you the location to where the main ingredient resides but I have run out of my fair share of supplies as well, could you bring me [3 Bread] [1 Water Bottle] And get one of Uvel's finest [Drunkness Potions]?
Uvel: One of my finest?
Uvel: Well if it gets the business up and running again so be it.
Uvel: Though I will need some ingredients, I only have one last main ingredient as of now..
Uvel: I need [10 Rotten Flesh] [8 Spider Eyes] and [1 Water Bucket] in order to fulfill his request.
Uvel: Yes! Here we go, mix this with that, and that with this and.. Her we go! One of my finest drunkness potions!
Uvel: I'll be awaiting your return!
Glyn: Gulp, gulp, gulp ahh. That was extraordinary!

This won't be in chat - You go to the location, a dark and erie cave, slowly making your way down battling Blenko Beasts (They are protecting the Blenk Powder, the main ingredient of the drunkness potions.) Once you make it to the end you find a door almost like a dungeon door - Warning Blenko Chief Inside DO NOT ENTER, you enter to find a Blenko beast that is very powerful once killed drops a purple powder that is the Blenko. Return it now to Uvel.

Uvel: Wha?! You managed to find yourself a Blenko! Great!
Uvel: Just on of these can last us a century!
Uvel: As a reward you will become an honorary member of The Bar from now on, and also will be given the best drunkness potion ever forged, the Blenko Potion.
Uvel: I'll be back right after I finish creating the potion, it'll take about one day.

This won't be in chat - the quest won't be completed until you wait one whole minecraft day then your quest book will be updated and you can go talk to Uvel..

Uvel: Here you are, it was incridably difficult to make this, but as thanks I want you to accept this as a gift..

This isn't in chat - You will be awarded with XP Some Emeralds, Membership Acces to the Bar and a Blenko Potion, either drinkable or a quest item for later or something.

That was what I like to call The Bar Of Gavel, please feel free to leave suggestions and also tweak the quest so it better fits Gavel as I don't know how Gavel will work and effect quests, the Arrow Peaks is a small town I think would be cool in where pointed stone peaks go high up into the sky but don't end in a point they end in a plateau which has houses, a bank maybe some stores and are connected by bridges.

4. Honestly, getting emeralds? Easiest quest ever.

3. They would be sold in the new area okay thats possible we are talking Gavel, The Bar Of Gavel somewhere else even maybe..
4. It doesn't have to be only emeralds okay things can be changed
5. Rewards can be added I didn't care to add that because it would most likely give you the normal items and a Blenko Potion
