Website & Forums Thread Deletion System Improvements

I found the system for thread deletion by mods especially on the end of the person who's thread got deleted to be really strange and not the nicest. e.g. There in no way to find out why your thread was deleted when the Mod didn't specify a reason and some Mods don't. To make this all a bit nicer for both parties I would like to propose some changes that would help make it (hopefully) easier for the mods and clearer for the people with the deleted thread.

(Please don't understand me wrong. I don't want to take power from the mods or limit them in any way. If they delete a thread it will be deleted instantly like it is right now. That wouldn't change.)

1. Mandatory reason of deletion and standard resposes​

I know that doesn't really make it easier for mods but please hear me out: If people know why a thread was deleted, they don't have to waste minutes to think about why it was deleted and won't have to use the feature in point 2.
So mods don't have to use up much more time than they already do I would also like to ask for some standard responses like:
"We are sorry, but your thread does not follow our forum rules. Please refer to them to see what you did wrong"
or
"your thread was deemed inappropriate and was deleted because of that"
Just something like this so mods don't always have to type some message when they want to delete a message.

2. The ability to talk​

I know you want to keep the people who delete it private so the person who's thread was deleted won't start harassing the Person who took the thread down or something like that
(even if some people don't believe it, there are many people who would do something like that on the internet.)
BUT how is the person supposed to know what they did wrong or what to do better especially when no reason for removal was specified. And that will also make it so people won't have to create another thread that will also get deleted just to get answer.

So now to my idea for a solution:

If your thread gets deleted you get a message, that is how it is right now, but right now you can't do anything with it. Now, what isn't there yet but in my opinion probably would be a good addition is that you could click that notification and it would open a direct chat with the person that took down the thread without telling the person who's thread was deleted the name of the person who took down the thread. Now I know that would put a lot of work for mods but it would probably not be used too often if change 1 would be implimented. Another problem with this would be that the person who's thread was deleted could harass the deleter through that chat. To counteract that you could let the deleter be able to make it viewable by all mods and either they can sort out the situation (also without their name being told) or simply close the conversation.

I know. It's a good old wall of text and not formatted the best but please still read it and maybe even take it into consideration. If someone has anyway they think they could improve on this system please post your ideas under this thread.
