Suggestions To Change Nighthawk

So I'm sure you've all heard of that one fabled helmet that everyone keeps talking about. I think it should be changed in a very simple way. So right now, by equipping nighthawk, you do NOT decrease your damage output (correct me if I'm wrong, I did some testing with a high level archer) . You change it so that arrow storm comes out faster, in only 5 arrows, down one path. And the problem is not any stat on the helmet. I love the idea of the major ID: a lower risk for arrow storming and a lower reward. However the problem is the speed at which the arrows come out. because of the speed, arrow storm takes less time and you still deal the same damage as usual. The arrows need to come out at a slower speed. They need to change it in one of two ways. Either make the arrows take longer to come out, or make the arrows deal about 15% less damage than a normal arrow storm. You could say "well, the item is a fabled item, so you should benefit from it because it is rare" This seems reasonable, right? Be honest with me archers, don't pretend you worked hard to get your nighthawk. They go for as low as 4 LE on the market sometimes. You don't have to lootrun long to build that up. if you want to say that not everyone has a lootrunning set, They can use the cosmic set until they can afford one.


TL;DR is : decrease the speed at which the arrows come out so that it is lower risk, lower reward

But how does one do a test with a high level archer but without a high level archer?

 

It's apparently intended to be the same net time as regular arrow storm, apparently it being faster is a glitch.

It has absolutely no sense to make it weaker...why? Because it is a low-level item that doesnt provide much health. If you lower the damage or the speed of the arrows the item would become compleately useless. Im not using it but this suggestion doesnt make sense to me at all.

It still had to have been either a friend or alt as stated by Qzphs (or possibly just looking at someone else use it on youtube, twitch, etc.), as that would still require him to be level 45 in order to use Deadeye.

 

Imo the spell cost reduction really needs to go.

 

It's level 94 and gives around 3000 health. How is that low level or little health?
