It's a really cool concept, and it's fun to dive in (especially with the Breath Glitch removing the need for diving helmets), but there are parts that are painfully old. Mainly the redemption (which is a massive pain even with Emerald Pouches). I know an ocean revamp will come at some point, but it's probably years in the future, and I think that the Reef warrants some attention before that.

Some potential ways to improve it:
    • Add the 'buy 5 times' to the Seavale merchant. (This shouldn't be too hard, but I don't know how Wynnspaghetti works.)
    • Build touchups (obvs, would take a while presumably).
    • Replace the merchant with some sort of treasure chest or whatever, format doesn't actually matter, that you can instasell everything to. (Would take dev time.)
I don't really know what the Reef needs, other than the vague 'general improvements'. One could consider it the last thing a 'new player' would find (as Misadventure on the Sea spits you out right next to it, with it at the top of the quest book), if you marked the end of earlygame as being at level 30 with The Mercenary.

Report that bug, as glitch abusing in any form is bannable.

The Breath Glitch has probably been in the game since 1.13 was released, as given how it works, it's almost certainly an issue with 1.13 swimming. I'd have to guess that the entire backend would need to be lifted up to 1.13 at least, since there's parts that are still in 1.8.

But to quiet you, I will report it.
