    We gotten nigh on 20 new quests!
    Why doesn't the rust bartender have anything to say! Going to fruma is more interesting than Qira Hive! Add some dialouge for him about the fruma quests!

    I've been checking almost every time that I've been in Detlas. At first I thought I just needed to finish the Fruma storyline since the player can only canonically leave after the gates open, but nope, no comment on toppling the Fruman government or potentially ending the stream of recruits.
