You should know what this is, most MMORPGs have it.
A command that ports you back to the home city that you can use once a day.
This particular command would cost you 2 soul points, and take you all the way back to Ragni. However, you would not die, so no items are lost. credit - @NPCGrian

Could it be abused?
Ya probably but it's not like it'd hurt anything.
Ragni is far enough away from everywhere except for Troms to not be a problem.
Ragni would be the obvious choice.

It's for when you're stuck.
Literally every other freeroam MMORPG has this feature.

Generally found in other mmorpgs as well.

plus whats the point of having the command to tp to ragni in 10 seconds after typing the command i just dont see the point since 1 sp per use of 1 scroll isnt even that bad either way

I guess that’s fine, but couldn’t they just wait to play again and then just do /kill? You’d have to die at least 5 times repeatedly within at most 2o min to get 0 sp. Out of all the times I got stuck, I had enough soul points or I just waited a bit to do /kill. It wasn’t that big of a deal. Sure it’s part of other MMORPGs, but do we really need it?

The only negative with this is that it would conflict with Ragni tp scrolls. There would be no reason to use them anymore.

Overall, it’s just kinda unnecessary and makes a consumable obsolete.

Then after 10 seconds you get tped:

And then maybe possibly:

You feel very dizzy.

You loose two soul points. This way, its more harsh than a tp scroll, but you dont risk losing items because you're not dying.

The message:

@aws404 you had a comment about this being just like /kill with more dialogue because you still loose soul points. I’d like to point out because you are not dying, you don’t have a chance of loosing items using this command

 

True. But why is this needed if there are already scrolls and /kill. Imo I don't think its needed
