Outbreak - Mythic Dagger ✦remade✦

This is a mythic dagger that I created. I feel like it could be an interesting addition to the game, making water assassins possible.

by the Mage Council, thousands
of lives were ended by the
pounding waves. An assassin,
name unknown, was the last to
drown, and made sure his weapon
reached the water's surface. It was
then founded by the Ice Nations,
damaged by the outbreak of water.

 

I feel like Outbreak reminds me too much of a disease. Also, items normally have 2 or 3 powder slots: only gimmick weapons have more.

 

Does anyone else think that that sounds a bit off?

I think this is a really good improvement to the last one. I would use this as soon as I got my assassin to that level!

a few suggestions
1) remove the mana steal , most water weapons have either mana steal or mana regen not both
2) lower the damage to , 50-80 neutral and 250-320 water , 4 powder slots with fast tier attack speed and that much damage is pretty insane

Looks at libra, thrundacrack, alazarin, and many more with 4+ slots

libra and alazarin are all-element and all-element items get more, I just forgot to mention that.
Thrundacrack is a gimmick weapon in that it buffs water damage without having any water damage, thus needing powders to use.

I'm only relaying the information Selvut said on a previous thread of mine lol. He said 2-3 on most single/duo element stuff so yeah.
