Offline Wynncraft

I was thinking that maybe there can be an offline version of Wynncraft. Maybe have a downloadable map of Wynncraft? I live in the middle of nowhere and due to that, I cannot get fast or good internet to play your fantastic server. So I am just requesting some kind of offline Wynncraft and maybe people with equally horrible internet could also use it. Maybe the offline version can be stripped of many multiplayer features, like Guilds and the Nether. This way, people may still want to use your server for the social interaction.

I didn't say to illegally download the map, I said that it would be nice to have a offline Wynncraft.

 

Sadly, this is impossible, given how you can get banned for spreading the map, and that nearly every feature of wynncraft is a plugin, meaning the servers process it themselves.

Well, if you're going to open this in a local server it should not be too hard (I didn't said you should and I don't think it's legal)

 

I've been able to play using 15-20mbps, certainly not optimally, but it works.

You mention living in the middle of nowhere, but you could try using ethernet instead of wifi, to decrease traffic between you and your modem.

 

This would deffinetly be a cool idea, even though it would mean that they couldn't monatize it and it would probably take a buttload of time to make all the command stuff work without plugins and in singleplayer so I don't think they will do it. But I think this could be a Thing when the Servers shut down in like 50 years (;n; nothing can last forever ;n;)so that it still can be played and enjoyed and doesn't just get lost in some databank like P.T.
Also I would love to be able to download just the map to be able to fly around and look at all the builds but I guess you can't do that which is unfortunate but I understand that that is so nobody can steal their work.

 

I have 100kbps, so WAY slower. I do use ethernet, just I don't have Fios or Cable internet because again, middle of nowhere.

I don't want to download illegally either, more leaning towards to more official options.

 

I bet there is somebody out there who would love to recreate Wynncraft but with mods. But then again, if the map was stored in your computer, you could simply take it out and plop it into a creative world. So that kind of ruins all the secrets, and other things we aren't supposed to see.

 

I meant that I wanted an official offline Wynncraft, and not illegally download the map.
