World Guild Banner Toggle

with the arrival of 1.19, I did a new wynncraft run, where I was now able to take in the scenery due to the updated builds. one major pet peeve I had with every area though was seeing these really horrendous looking banners guilds make, and I would like a way to toggle the banner stands off so I don't have to look at fox faces everywhere I walk. additionally a way to toggle off the bossbar telling you what guild owns the territory you're in would be nice since guild names are generally really unpleasant too. if this were to be added, please remove the sea lanterns under the banners as well, as to not have random sea lanterns dotted around beautiful looking areas
