Dungeons Forgery

    Ok I am going to address some issues with the forgery chest.
    1. Mob count for dungeons is horribly set. In CUC the boss room does NOT count towards mob kills for the chest even tho there are a ton of mobs in there. With the mob cap being so high a team of three ppl suffered to get the req.
    Here's my suggestion
    1. remove it (not great)
    2. Lower it by half (decent)
    3. make it a max of 10 for all dungeons. (best)

    The reason I say making it a cap of 10 is so parties of 12+ ppl can all get the reqs they need. 10x12 is 120 mobs total which is better than an average of 500+ req

    The chest itself isnt bad and the % for things are good.
    I like the scaleing for dungeons too since it gives the player a better experience since its not 1-shot bosses (CDS)

    However the mob count is extremely unbalanced for bigger than 2 ppl parties and needs to be fixed.
