World Falling into the void

Falling into the vanilla void kinda destroys the illusion of the game world and lore wise doesn't realy make sense thus I'd like to propose that instead of falling into the vanilla void that void too gets shut with barriers and you get teleported to the void islands instead when falling into the void. I think that shouldn't be hard to do and it would certainly make dropping into the void more immersive. I'm honestly not sure how to handle falling into the eldritch void but falling into the vanilla void and seeing the bottom of the built map always ruins the immersiveness of the gameplay.

 

Alternatively just have falling off the Sky Islands tp you to the nearest tp spot preset across the entire Sky Islands

Since you kinda need to unlock the Ahms Void beforehand and all and Lootrunning and all that's a thing as well

 

The Quest requirement is a good point Sadly. Cuz I realy like the idea. But anyways I still think making it so you don't fall into the vanilla void below the map would make it feel less weird. Especially with how long it often takes to die in the void.

 

Falling into the void teleports you to the actual void :)

 

For your idea to work I would really like if the size of the Void islands matches the Sky islands so where you fall is directly translated

 

I had a draft idea back then in the VIP section that falling into the Ahms Void should do one of 3 things:
1. Teleport to Ahmsord
2. Teleport to an new upper section of the Ahms Void (which is a map expansion)
3. Instant death
